Hi! I am Ariel Yu Tsao, a Chinese filmmaker from Taiwan raised in Shanghai. My family and I moved to Shanghai when I was 1 year and 4 months old. I spent my whole life in an international school, and I have always been passionate about telling stories through visuals and sharing Chinese culture and my awareness through my hobbies.

I love incorporating my awareness into stories and my experiences into documentaries. I am a high school senior at Idyllwild Arts, majoring in Film and Digital Media with a concentration in Producing and 1st Assistant Director, and will graduate in May 2025.

In September 2025, I will be attending New York University to further study film and television.

你好！我是曹豫（Ariel Yu Tsao），一位來自臺灣、在上海長大的華人電影創作者。我在一歲四個月大的時候隨家人搬到上海，從小到大都在國際學校就讀。我一直熱衷於透過影像說故事，並透過我的興趣來分享中華文化與我的觀察與認知。

我喜歡把自己的思考融入故事，也喜歡將個人經歷轉化為紀錄片。我目前是 Idyllwild Arts 高中的應屆畢業生，主修電影與數位媒體，專攻製片與第一副導，預計將於 2025 年 5 月畢業。

在 2025 年 9 月，我將前往紐約大學繼續深造，攻讀電影與電視相關專業。
